CALL – CHLA/ABSC 2015: Call for Conference Volunteers

by | 12 May 2015

Volunteer to help us host Canada’s national health library conference in Vancouver this year! Welcome your peers from across the country, reunite with far-flung colleagues, and exchange ideas with new friends.

Whatever your interests, we have glamourous library-conference volunteering opportunities at Canadian Health Libraries Association/Association des bibliothèques de la santé du Canada 2015. Help us set up posters, facilitate sessions, or direct arriving delegates. Love early mornings? Guide a seawall walk or Robson Street saunter! More of an evening person? Help us set up for a reception, then mingle, chat, and troubleshoot. Just like to hang out? Take responsibility for a conference session room, and assist with whatever comes up.

To thank you for your help, we invite you to attend a half-day of conference sessions for free, on the same day as your volunteer shift(s).
